Money and parcels are entirely a matter for BuyGoods and the manufacturer. We publish a verdict; we have no order system, no sight of any shipment, and no ability to refund anyone.
How to reach them is on your order confirmation and the checkout page. Keep the order number and the arrival date. Because thirty days of use are required inside a sixty-day window, a refund raised early has far more room than one raised at the deadline.
Corrections to this site
Tell us if the verdict is wrong and we will revisit it. One thing would carry more weight than anything else: a readable photograph of the Supplement Facts panel from a bottle bought recently. If the label we worked from is out of date, one of our two grounds disappears and we would want to say so.

Allergen questions belong with the manufacturer
We cannot answer this one and it would be irresponsible to try. The panel and the sales page say different things about shellfish, so no published document resolves it. Ask the manufacturer, insist on a written reply, and do not take the product until you have one if your allergy is serious.
Symptoms that need a doctor rather than a supplement
- A joint that is hot, red or visibly swollen, particularly a single joint with a fever
- Morning stiffness that lasts longer than an hour
- Joint pain alongside fever, a rash, or weight loss you cannot explain
- Pain that wakes you at night, or is present when you are resting
- Sudden severe pain in one joint, or being unable to put weight on it
- Joint symptoms in a child
Each of those points somewhere other than ordinary wear — inflammatory arthritis, gout, or infection in the joint. All are treatable and all worsen while being ignored. Septic arthritis needs seeing to the same day.
Questions about your medicines
Any pharmacy counter will check the label against your full medication list at no charge in a few minutes. Curcumin, forskolin and piperine each carry documented cautions, so that visit belongs before the order rather than after the first capsule.
