The whole site in one sentence: the dose is roughly a tenth of what the research used, and five of the six ingredients in the advertising are not on the bottle's label.

The verdict

We would not buy it, and here is the whole reason

Two things decide it. The dose is roughly 35 mg of curcuminoids per capsule, where the trials that make people interested in turmeric for joints used 500 to 1,500 mg a day. And five of the six ingredients in the advertising do not appear on the bottle's own Supplement Facts panel — no glucosamine, chondroitin, boswellia, MSM or bromelain.

Everything else is detail. The black pepper extract is a genuinely good inclusion, the manufacturing claims are stated honestly, and the bottle's own health claim is modest and lawful. None of that outweighs a dose an order of magnitude below the research on a product whose description does not match its label.

If you want turmeric: buy a plainly labelled standardised extract where the curcuminoid content is printed. If you want glucosamine: buy glucosamine. If you want your joints to improve: exercise and strengthening beat everything in this aisle, and cost nothing.

The reasoning

Three Numbers

If you only remember three things from this site, make it these.

35 mg
What you get
Curcuminoids per capsule, estimated generously. Only 28.5 mg of it can actually be verified from the label.
500 mg
What trials used
The bottom of the range in studies reporting joint benefit from curcumin. The top is around 1,500 mg daily.
5 of 6
Advertised, absent
Ingredients promised on the sales page that do not appear anywhere on the Supplement Facts panel.

The first two are a value judgement — a low dose is disclosed rather than hidden, and reasonable people can decide it is worth trying anyway. The third is different. If you order expecting glucosamine and chondroitin, the panel gives no indication either is present, and that is not a matter of opinion.

Everything else

The Rest, Briefly

What it is
A turmeric capsule with a black pepper extract and a plant extract called Coleus Forskohlii. One capsule daily, thirty per bottle.
Does it work?
Curcumin has genuine trial support for knee osteoarthritis. At this dose, expect little. The mechanism is sound; the quantity is not.
Cost
$294 for six bottles, about $1.63 a day — roughly $4.66 per 100 mg of curcuminoids. Smaller kits appear at two different prices on the same page.
Medication
Three interaction routes: curcumin and bleeding, forskolin and blood pressure, piperine and absorption of other drugs. Ask a pharmacist — free, and quick.
Vegetarian?
No. Gelatin capsule, not mentioned anywhere in the advertising.
Shellfish?
Unresolvable. The sales page carries a crustacean warning; the panel lists no shellfish ingredient. Get written confirmation from the manufacturer.
Dosing
Label says one capsule; sales page says two. Follow the bottle. Capsule count conflicts too — 30 on the panel, 60 on the artwork.
Refund
Sixty days, but conditional on 30 days of use first. Real window is about a month. Return postage and opened-bottle rules unstated.
Bonuses
Five PDFs, all about nerve pain rather than joints. Seller-assigned values totalling $289. We count them at zero.
Cartilage claims
Not supported. Cartilage has no blood supply and very limited repair capacity. No oral supplement has convincingly rebuilt it.

Supplement Facts

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate. Daily Value not established for any of the above. Transcribed from the product label supplied with this project.

Why we say roughly 35 mg

Because the label only lets you calculate part of it. The 30 mg entry prints 95% curcuminoids, so 28.5 mg of it is the compound that matters — that much is solid.

The 75 mg entry prints "4:1", which describes the manufacturing rather than the contents, and it is the larger of the two by weight. The Coleus Forskohlii prints no percentage at all.

So we added a generous allowance for the unquantified portion and arrived at 35 to 40 mg. A stricter reading would put it closer to 28.5 mg, and we deliberately did not take that route.

Worth noting in the bottle's favour: its own claim line — helps maintain a healthy inflammatory response — is lawful and appropriately modest. The overreach lives on the sales page.

The safety bit, which is not optional

  • Blood thinners. Curcumin affects clotting and adds to warfarin, aspirin and clopidogrel. Forskolin may too.
  • Blood pressure medication. Forskolin lowers blood pressure independently; the effects compound.
  • Anything on prescription. Piperine raises absorption of many drugs, effectively increasing your dose.
  • Surgery coming up. Turmeric supplements are usually stopped two weeks beforehand.
  • Gallstones. Turmeric stimulates bile production and is generally avoided.
  • Diabetes medication. Curcumin may lower blood sugar on top of what you take.

This is the one part of the site we would rather you did not skim. A free pharmacist check takes minutes and applies to any supplement you buy, not just this one.

Three Ingredients, Short Verdicts

1

Turmeric & Curcuminoids

Right idea, wrong amount

Genuine trial support for knee osteoarthritis, at roughly a tenth to a fortieth of the amounts those trials used. Half of it cannot even be calculated from the label.

The longer version →
2

Coleus Forskohlii

Does not belong here

Researched for eye pressure and asthma, not joints. No standardisation percentage printed, so the amount is unknowable. Never mentioned in the advertising either.

3

BioPerine® Black Pepper

The one good decision

Correct ingredient, standard 5 mg dose, solves a real absorption problem. Also raises absorption of your other medicines, which is worth knowing.

Short version on pricing: three price tables on the sales page disagree with each other. One bottle appears as $158 in two and $89 in the third; three bottles as $207 and also $177. Only $294 for six bottles was consistent everywhere and confirmable at the BuyGoods checkout. That works out at about $1.63 a day.

The crossed-out figures are the manufacturer's own reference prices and we found no evidence of sales at them, so ignore the apparent discount. "See Details" opens our pricing page, which links to the official checkout. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Short version: worth nothing in a buying decision. All five are about peripheral neuropathy — burning and numbness in the hands and feet — rather than joints. The values are the seller's own figures for digital downloads, and no market exists where a PDF like this sells for $67. If you are wavering over whether to keep an order, do not let these tip the balance.
Refund terms

The Refund, Short Version

Sixty days, minus a condition most people miss: the published terms ask you to take the product for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. Real decision window, about a month.

Three things the terms do not tell you up front — whether the clock starts at purchase or delivery, whether opened bottles qualify, and who pays return postage. Ask before buying, and keep the answer.

Questions

Short Answers

We would not buy it — the curcuminoid dose is roughly a tenth of what the research used, and five of the six ingredients in the advertising are absent from the bottle's label.

Turmeric root extract 4:1 (75 mg), turmeric extract at 95% curcuminoids (30 mg), Coleus Forskohlii extract (15 mg) and BioPerine (5 mg) — 125 mg of actives in a gelatin capsule, one capsule daily.

Roughly 35 mg of curcuminoids per capsule, estimated generously, against 500 to 1,500 mg daily in the trials reporting joint benefit. Only 28.5 mg of it can be verified from the label at all.

We do not know. The sales page describes glucosamine, chondroitin, boswellia, turmeric, MSM and bromelain; five of those six appear nowhere on the Supplement Facts panel. The panel is a regulated disclosure, so we have worked from it.

No. It genuinely raises curcumin absorption around twentyfold, which is the formula's best feature — but it multiplies what is in the capsule rather than adding more. Twenty times a small dose is not a research dose.

$294 for six bottles with free US shipping, the only figure consistent across the sales page and confirmable at checkout. That is about $1.63 a day, or roughly $4.66 per 100 mg of curcuminoids.

Possibly, in three ways. Curcumin affects bleeding and blood sugar; forskolin lowers blood pressure; piperine raises absorption of many drugs. A pharmacist will check your list free of charge.

No. The capsule shell is gelatin, which is animal-derived, and the sales page never mentions it.

If you want turmeric, a plainly labelled standardised extract with the curcuminoid content printed. If you want glucosamine, buy glucosamine. If you want your joints to improve, exercise and strengthening beat everything in this aisle and cost nothing.

Three things. The BioPerine is correctly chosen and dosed. The manufacturing claims are stated accurately rather than implying FDA approval. And the bottle's own health claim is lawful and modest — it is the marketing that overreaches, not the label.

If you disagree with the verdict

Pricing, and the Three Things to Check

Plenty of people will read the verdict and buy it anyway. That is a legitimate call to make with the facts in front of you. The pricing page has the current totals, the figures that contradict each other, and the interactions to raise with a pharmacist.
