The short version · Verdict first, reasoning after

Three ingredients on the panel — turmeric appears twice. One verdict each, then the detail if you want it.

JointBrex
Turmeric & curcuminoids
Right idea, wrong amount. Genuine trial support, at a tenth to a fortieth of the studied dose, with half of it unquantifiable from the label.
Coleus Forskohlii
Does not belong. Researched for eye pressure and asthma rather than joints, at a strength the label declines to state — and never mentioned in the advertising.
BioPerine black pepper
The one good decision. Correct ingredient, standard dose, real effect on absorption. Also raises absorption of your other medicines.

Supplement Facts

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate. Daily Value not established for any of the above. Transcribed from the product label supplied with this project.

The label, briefly

125 mg of active material per capsule across four lines. Only one of them converts into a usable figure: 30 mg at 95% gives 28.5 mg of curcuminoids.

The 4:1 turmeric extract and the Coleus Forskohlii both withhold the information you would need to calculate them, and the 4:1 entry is the larger of the two turmeric lines.

Gelatin capsule shell — animal-derived, absent from the advertising entirely.

In more detail

Three Ingredients

1

Turmeric & Curcuminoids

Right idea, wrong amount

The ingredient carrying the product, and the reason for the verdict. Real research, small quantity.

2

Coleus Forskohlii

Does not belong here

Wrong research base for a joint product, in an amount the label makes impossible to establish.

3

BioPerine® Black Pepper

The one good decision

Solves curcumin's genuine absorption problem at the standard dose. Credit where due, plus a caution.

The Five That Are Not There

Short version: if any of these is why you were interested, this is not the product, and each is cheaply available plainly labelled.

Glucosamine and chondroitin. Advertised, absent. Their own evidence is genuinely contested rather than settled — the NIH-funded GAIT trial in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2006, with around 1,600 participants, found neither reduced knee pain significantly against placebo overall.

Boswellia. Advertised, absent. Has some reasonable osteoarthritis trials of its own.

MSM. Advertised, absent. Several small positive joint studies exist.

Bromelain. Advertised, absent. A pineapple enzyme with anti-inflammatory research behind it.

Short version on pricing: three price tables on the sales page disagree with each other. One bottle appears as $158 in two and $89 in the third; three bottles as $207 and also $177. Only $294 for six bottles was consistent everywhere and confirmable at the BuyGoods checkout. That works out at about $1.63 a day.

The crossed-out figures are the manufacturer's own reference prices and we found no evidence of sales at them, so ignore the apparent discount. "See Details" opens our pricing page, which links to the official checkout. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Pricing, and the Three Things to Check

Plenty of people will read the verdict and buy it anyway. That is a legitimate call to make with the facts in front of you. The pricing page has the current totals, the figures that contradict each other, and the interactions to raise with a pharmacist.
